I believe that's called "your car".
No shite, that does seem high especially for a Ford Taurus even with the gas card.

I cant believe you pay $350 a month to drive a Ford Fusion

Figure out how many miles you would normally drive a month and divide that by the mpg of your car. Multiply that number by the price of gas. Add in the note you would be comfortable paying as well as what you expect to pay for insurance.

I was wondering how long this would take.

Upon further reading it appears that you are leasing your "company" car from your company. Do you have to pay for all maintenance and insurance as well? It appears the company has a depreciating asset that they in turn have you pay for it.

No you can't. It's not deductible for you as you are not paying for it.

This is what I was thinking. Assuming they worked a volume deal on the vehicles, the insurance and are using something like a FuelMan card that gets them a discount on gas plus the tax benefits of the depreciation. You may be making money for the company by driving that thing.

Yea... the $350/mo I pay is for personal use...

Okay, then this is probably worth a lot less than the $10,000/year.

You realize you are getting raw dogged here right? Goodness.
You can literally own a ford fusion yourself for less than that, do you realize that?

My company allocates me a $32k budget for a vehicle. You can go above the budget and they divide the amount over 4 years for deduction from annual bonus. We have gas and maintenance cards as Enterprise manages our fleet.
I pay $100 per pay period to cover personal use and I can let anyone drive it with me present or not.....its my car.
Stipulations: must be 4 door and applicable to use (no F250s unless you are a geotech, survey, inspector, etc.). I was allowed the only manual in the fleet (I opted for a 2016 WRX for fun).
On the question, I'd say with all the operating costs, I see around a $8-9k per year benefit.

How much is a company car worth annually??
2017 Ford Fusion lease is $209 a month on Ford's website. Add that to your monthly gas expenses, oil changes, and maintenance, plus whatever you would normally pay for car insurance and its easy to calculate.

Kinda shitty that your company makes you pay for a company car

Someone would have to pay ME more than $350 a month to be seen in a Ford Fusion?

I pay $350/month and can drive anywhere with no limits on mileage or gas on the card. If I gave that up for another job, what would be the equivalent in salary or car allowance?
i'm quite sure $350 a month would go a long ways replacing a ford fusion. You might be further out of pocket $200 more a month max.

so in other words they are taxing you. They are looking at your car as compensation when you arent using it for company use
