Went with a friend to look for his wife an Aston not long ago. They had this new one in the showroom and I fell in love.

I love them too, but the maintenance costs and reliability issues of anything English built...I don’t think I could ever do it. I’d be angry as frick spending 150K plus on an Aston and being left on the side of the road once every six months. But I do love the DBS and the DB9 both.

60 with TTL (in Htx). I leased a Ghibli S from the Htx dealer on a steal for ~$400 a month when they struggled moving them. I really like the car but it was a hair to small for me. No one could sit behind me...my wheelchair was in the way.

Side note - Maserati makes the best white of any car maker. It’s a shade variant of the Ferrari White and drastically better.

Don’t they have a de-tuned Ferrari engine? If so, I assume the maintenance would be a nightmare.

These high end cars are all maintenance nightmares. I had a Porsche 911 from 2013-2015. Only paid $350 a month on my note. Maintenance-wise tho, always a problem. Was spending $1500-$4000 a month on it. Never. Again.

What year was it and how many miles were you putting on it?

You got a lemon baw. Porsches are rock solid.

Maseratis in general and ghiblis especially are yuge pieces of shite.

I drive a 911S (991) about 40,000 miles a year—-after 2 years, it has been bulletproof—nothing but oil changes and tires.

The Ghibli is about as base model as it gets.

Maserati's are already known to be huge piles of shite. Can't imagine how bad their low end models are.

Maserati and Range Rovers both offer optional tow truck service to follow 1/4 mile behind said vehicle - for the first 12,000 miles or 12 months - which ever comes first.

And a sad sad place it is. Looks like they emptied out a KIA dealership or something and put up banners, some desks and put a few cars in there. Not a high end buying/service experience. I have heard that they are supposed to build a new Porsche store and put those 3 lines in that building. If they are, they need to do it yesterday if they want to make it in NOLA.

Thread deflect warning:
What about that new Alfa Romeo Giulia Ti? Those have really piqued my interest. The car magazines rate them highly.

The West Bank is not a good place for a higher end dealership.

Gulia's have MAJOR quality issues according to a lot of the long term tests.
