my brother was not very happy once when the private jet whore told him she had a boil on her butt.

I don't tip my own employees they are well paid as it is.

Sounds good, but you're not gonna get that bill until you're gone. Maybe 5-7.5% total cost of the flight

The get paid either way, so do what you want

Tipping is not routine or expected. Wouldn't consider it necessary unless someone goes above and beyond normal accommodation. E.g., one certainly might tip a pilot for a good flight in tough circumstances.
