ou're paying for the time in the chair, not the amount of hair they cut.

It takes less time to cut less hair.

I assume this means the back of your neck?

I did not say throat, but wish I could get a full shave.

Used to, but recently switched to "Just For Him" bc of the free beer while I wait.

For real, how did I not know about this? Guess I'm going there from now on.

$23. Terrified that I am going to be forced to one of those fru fru "mens salons" once all of the dinosaurs in my current barbershop keel over.

cut my own hair. I'd rather pay 10 not to have to tell the idiots cut it shorter 5x. I can specifically tell them the length I want and the guard to use but still have to say shorter repeatedly.

Every time the price goes up I tell em they are just shorting their tip.

With the tip it's $20

If I feel fancy and get him to trim my beard for me it'll be like $22

My barber is pricey, but it is because he is good and in high demand.

I usually pay 30 (+10 for tip) for a haircut, and 40 (+20 for tip) for a haircut/shave

This is one of the very few ways I might spoil myself a bit.

unless your "barber" is giving a lap dance, a reach around during the haircut, free beer, and a bj to finish, this is quite a bit much, is that you Fabio?

I fought it for a while, but the quality of the cut is so much better. I've never been at all high maintenance about my hair, but it's easy to tell a difference in a cut from a legit salon and a traditional barber shop.

Plus, as other have said, she has my favorite beer already opened and waiting on me when I get there.
