How much do you have in savings?

I'm talking a regular savings account. Cash you can access reasonably quickly. Not 401K or IRA.
Do you have a "Do Not Go Below" line that you like to keep?
I have $26,847.15 right now. My "Do not go below" is $15K.

This thread will have zero lies in it.
I will start by disclosing my $439,745.00 in a a few interest only accounts. The real money is invested.
No lies gents.

I want so much money in investments that I can afford to lose out on potential earnings by keeping over $26,000 in low-interest savings accounts.

Are we including my bitcoin purse in this?

I've invested everything I have in td.com

I was talking to a guy the other day and he said the most he had ever had in savings was $2k. That's baffling to me. Between home/car/health issues you could easily need to access, at MINIMUM, $5K with zero notice.

We keep $10k in easily accessible in a savings account. And even that is typically tied up in short term CDs
Any more and I feel we aren't maximizing our earning potential.

In my savings I try not to go below $24k.
Most of my $ is invested.
I’ve also invested in land the last couple of years which I think is the best decision I could’ve made. My brothers and I own right at 1k acres in Waterproof, La that was passed down to us.
I also purchased right at 300 acres near the LA/MS line on the Amite River that I own outright myself.
Both properties are for recreation (hunting) but if I ever got in a bind I could sell my share in Waterproof to my brothers and put the 300 acres I bought on the market.
I’ve been blessed and have a great job but the reason I’ve been able to do this at a young age is because I don’t have children like a lot of people my age.
I’m hoping to buy another good size piece of land in the next 5-6 years.

I bought at IPO and have made a hefty chuck of change. I'm holding out for a few more years.
