Evidently opening up a fireworks stand is a good investment. Supposedly you pay for all of your expenses during the 4th and then during Christmas and New Years is all profit.

$0. But I love having a kinda white trash neighbor, that worked his way up in the world, spend his money on them.

I live in Bucktown and they shoot off a few for July 4th..But nothing like New Years Eve. It is insane. I talked to my neighbor and he said he spends about 3 grand for his show, which is pretty big. For Saints touchdowns there are a couple people that shoot off fireworks.

When I was younger I had a jumping jack fall in between my shirt and and jacket. I still have that scar.

One year for the fourth my mom bought me some new clothes for the upcoming school year. She told me not to wear them until the school starts. I had a ralph lauren shirt I really liked and wore it anyway. Some kid in the neighborhood was unwrapping black cats for the gunpowder to make a bomb. He filled up one of those boxes the snap things you throw on the ground came in..

I didn't know this after the fact, but the dumb arse lit it with people around and it shot back. It hit some people, it only hit me on my shirt. Had to go home with a shirt I wasn't supposed to wear, with burn marks all over it.

If I recall I made the kid cry because I was pissed, but even during fireworks wars I always had bad luck with fireworks.

Nothing. We actually have a ban on private fireworks this year because its so dry. Shame too, one of my neighbors buys a shipping container full and shoots it on the beach, it's incredible.

I thought that the management of most trailer parks paid for the fireworks display.

In-laws own a stand so I get them at cost. I’ll spend $100 and get around $350 retail.

A ton.
Nothing brings community, family and friends together like a firework show.

Your family is missing out on a huge profit by marking them up as high as others.
Drop that price and watch people price shop and send a multitude of people over.
