I don't sleep worth shite if I don't shower before bed, so I do that every day....
I also shower every morning on work days, but on a weekend I may skip the morning if I plan to work in the yard most of the day or something like that.

I sleep 6 hrs. 12-6 every night even weekends. All I need to function well and I don't like sleeping in

After I work out.....I work out 5 times a week.....or if do some yard work.....but I have a low maintenance yard.

I've showered less than 20 times in my life. I bathe once a day. I don't give a frick.
Eta most of those have been at hotels or as a guest where the tub looked suspect. Ive probably showered in my own home about 5 times in my life due to urgency. No I'm not gay for the record.

Some of y'all really shower before bed AND again when you get up? Seems like a waste of water. How dirty are you getting while you sleep?

I feel greasy and gross in the morning. I've got to shower. Going to bed dirty (not ever stinky/sweaty or anything, just normal sit at a desk all day) just doesn't bother me. I wash my sheets regularly. But walking out the door for the day unshowered is equal to leaving without brushing my teeth to me.

Yes, I shower after the gym in the morning but even if I don't go I still shower. It wakes me up, gets rid of bed head and I sometimes sweat at night so it makes me feel clean and refreshed
