If i see you looking down at your phone and 2 seconds have gone past after the light turned green and you haven't taken your foot off the brake. HONK
If you would rather fart around in your car and not turn right on red when there's ample opportunity too. HONK
If you are exiting/entering and you have your own lane and you're not supposed to stop, or even yield for that matter, yet you are stopped. HONK.
If you want to go 20+ mph under the speed limit. HONK
If you want to stop at a traffic circle when you shouldn't. HONK.
I wouldn't have to honk my horn if there weren't so many dumbasses on the road. Those of you that allow the above type of crap to go on and let the line behind you back up b/c you're too much of a fricking pussy to blow your horn, you can go to hell too.

After going months without honking my horn I had to honk twice just now on a trip to the hardware store. Once for a green light phone violation and once for someone stopping at an empty traffic circle.

The only time I really blow my horn is randomly on the interstate when I am not in traffic. Sometimes to the beat of whatever music I am listening to at the time.
