all fiddy states. idk about favorite but south dakota (black hills area) was one that really exceeded my expectations.

OTR trucker checking in - I've been through 46 states, haven't been to Hawaii Alaska Vermont or Rhode Island.
Favorites in order: Nebraska, Wisconsin, Utah.
Least favorite: New Jersey, Texas, Georgia.
Wisc and Nebraska have great beer and really nice people. Utah has nice people and absolutely amazing scenery.

North Dakota would probably be #50 on the list of states I'd be interested in visiting.
South Dakota would be a contender for #50 if it weren't for Mount Rushmore.

Most of them minus a few mid west states. I travel on average 2 weeks a month. All of them have positives. I think overall California is the prettiest state. The Rockies are beautiful. So was Hawaii and Alaska, but California has so much diverse natural beauty. I actually like living in Birmingham the most though (not from here). I am close to the smokies and gulf. My favorite two locations. The NE is beautiful as well, but the people are dreadful. I have never enjoyed my time in the mid west. By far the worst region in the country.
