I don't really have a favorite but I have spent time in Minnesota and Pennsylvania during winter and I enjoyed it. Of course I didn't have to do the extra work people that have to do to live there so that might change my opinion.

Not going to list all the states, but I think I counted 19 total. I haven't been west very much. I did take a trip to Alaska last summer and it's easily the greatest place I've ever been. Just insanely beautiful. There are a lot of drunk Eskimos, but the natural beauty is amazing.

I can't say I anchored down for a long time in places like Delaware and Nebraska, but I have to been to some part of every state. About half of them multiple times, especially the western and southeastern states.
IMO, California is easily #1 overall. Some states might be better in certain areas, but you're not going to find oceans and big cities in Montana or big mountains and Redwoods in Florida. California pretty much has some of everything, and I like diversity.

48 states visited (Alaska and Hawaii only exceptions), actually have refueled on both but never left the tarmac.

my Fav would be a tossup between Colorado or Arizona - but i'd give the edge to Colorado. Fort Collins, Vail, Estes Park and Durango are all great places to visit.

All but South Dakota, Alaska, and the upper New England states. Don't really have a favorite but my top 5 would be the three on the west coast, Utah, and Arizona.
My favorite state in the east is probably Tennessee. Also like NC.
