Eating is one of my favorite things to do and I have a 30" waist and visible abs at 36 years old. If you're smart about it you can pig out every now and then. Usually buckle down and eat prepped food monday-friday and then whatever the frick i want Saturday and Sunday. If you spend some time building muscle mass you're bmr will be higher and you can eat more than if you're skinny fat or sedentary. I eat about 2500 calories/day during the week and 3500 on the weekends.

Probably why you are fat.
Yeah, I mean your spot on here.
I am fat. And food is the only real dopamine release I get.
I execerised for years and stayed in shape. Paid off houses, bought multiple houses, Drank for years. Worked different jobs dated different women.
But.
Nothing compares to the dopamine hit I get from binge eating food.
A typical night, after a day of eating, starts with Waffle House, then Taco Bell, and finish off with a pizza. All within 45 minutes.
Then Start on the sweets after that.

Yes, and sex is only for procreation, not pleasure.
