I found it, tested it, and realized it was legit. My older brothers would kick my arse every game and make fun of me. Then one day I had my coming out party and Blitzkrieged their arse with 3 pointers. They were speechless and pissed. However, they would not admit that it was unstoppable.
Several games later of me dominating and being the master, brothers go and try to find another spot on the floor that is unstoppable. One day my brother claimed the spot is right on the nails on the floor. Turned out he was wrong as he hit maybe 30% of the shots.
My brothers sent me that video a few years ago, and we were all laughing in a text chat.

That's great.... people that didn't know it would be infuriated. Not sure if you knew the goal tend and it didn't work nearly as much as corner 3. But if you timed it perfectly you could jump up right next to the rim and catch the shot with one hand, no goal tend call. If they weren't pissed at the 3's, the goal tend would put them over the top.

I remember playing this Dr J v Bird game at my aunt’s house in Beaumont on the day of Doug Flutie’s Hail Mary game. I was only about 7 and this computer game was the coolest thing I’d ever seen.
I got the Jordan v Bird game a year or two later on our 1st PC. That one included a dunk and 3 pt contest.
Double Dribble was probably another year or two after that.

I played enough DD, and didn’t know about it
I swear I’ve shot plenty of shots from that spot and missed. Must’ve been doing something wrong.
