I just keep them under my seat.
Keeping them in between the bed can rub/scratch the paint over time and dry rot the boots.

I sometimes have a pair of shrimp boots there. People that call them Cajun Reebok’s don’t wear them.

I have my dad's old truck for doing yard stuff etc, my green knee high rubber boots are hanging upside down behind the window now.
