I'm a hair under 6' and around 175 right now, I could lose a few to be honest. I'm a thinner frame for sure, but I don't look sickly or too thin even when I get down around 160.

I'm 5' 10" and just went from 235 to 205 this year. People are already asking my family if I am sick or something and I'm still "obese"?
If I dropped to 173, I would look super weird. I still have to wear XL t shirts because of my frame.
