According to that list, every running back in the NFL is obese.

Oh man, no one has brought up NFL players in this thread yet

You gotta love when people jump into a 20 page thread thinking they just dropped the hammer in one post.

I only weigh 150 lbs but it has me listed as obese.

They are just like the average American.

o, Am I the only OTer with enough balls to tell the truth? Everyone is either skinny or 10 pounds overweight.
I have a bit more than that to lose. That will put me at 6' 200 which I am comfortable with. Personal goal and nothing to do with this chart but if I get skinnier than 200 then so be it. I won't deny that even at 6' 200 I will still have room to drop more but again I have been that size before and was comfortable there.
I got fat and now I am correcting it. At the rate I have been going I should be there in a few more months thankfully and plan to never let myself go again. I go to the gym 5 days a week and do cardio 7 days per so I have made quick progress overall after years of not hitting the gym. Feels better with each passing week.

I don't have time to read through 20 pages, so I read a few and post my thoughts.

Next y’all will be saying that it’s a glandular problem.

Every used to be in shape now kinda fat but still lifts guy thinks they are 15 lbs away from being shredded.
But to be fair Louie said he has more to lose.

It's just because of her thyroid, Scruff.
It really is as simple as calories in vs calories out. Any other excuse is BS

Scruffy glands...
I'm working on uncovering the six pack...This was probably just the thread needed to remind me of my little insurance fiasco years ago. Pissed me off enough to lose the excess glandular issue.
frick it. i'm going to do it again. Thanks Scruffy. I'll make sure I tell my wife my glands need to be checked into.

It's slightly more complicated than that, with hormones, sugars, etc... But I really hate that thread and don't want to morph into that one.

I get that. I should have said it starts with calories in vs calories out.
