As a person who repos cars...and had crazy shite like this happen from time to time...no these people are idiots and deserve to go to jail and pay all restitution for this crap...its ridiculous...If the tow company unlawfully towed you then sue them, otherwise just shut up pay the fine and learn your god damn lesson.

I almost did. I got in my truck, was about to ram the gate. Then a random drunk dude decided to be a hero and blocked the gate.
I was pissed. I had a bull guard on my truck so I knew I would go through the gate.
If I ever get terminal cancer im going to destroy that place.

I been telling you Baws for years. if want to curb some of the shite riverside does. Get a group of y"all that are dedicated and follow them frickers around. Anytime they go to tow someone start filming them with cell phones or even go live on one of the social media sites. Even if they are doing everything right, no one likes being filmed because of fear of being caught doing something wrong. Even more so businesses don't like being filmed.

I just read some reviews online...they are probably charging a certain fee they shouldn't be...but its difficult to prove otherwise...just FYI...State Police regulates all towing companies, so if there's ever a dispute call State Police...not local, because state police will know all the laws pertaining to your particular tow...and no tow company wants State Police nosing around

Riverside is a bunch of crooks. Should be laws about businesses like that being cash only. If I could burn them frickers to the ground I would. Caused $440 worth if damage all they said was. It was like that already

Ask them for proof..We take pictures of every vehicle on personal property tows before touching it.
A. To prove they were parked in the wrong spot
B. To disprove claims of damage
If they can't provide proof it wasn't damaged, then write on the tow ticket you sign that there was damage done and call state police to do a police report, then sue
