231,000 on 2006 F-150. Engine misfires around 40 mph, tranny shaking. Riding this mf til the wheels fall off

I’ve got an 03 Tahoe that we keep as a 3rd vehicle. It has 192,000 miles on it but it’s only getting 5k miles/yr since I got a new truck a few yrs ago. I use it to go to the camp and try to drive it at least 1wk per month. I bought the Tahoe in 08 when it had 68k miles. It’s starting to show its age cosmetically and a few things don’t work. But it sure is great to have an extra vehicle when out daily drivers need to be dropped off for service.

190,000 on my 06 4runner. No problems. Runs like it was driven off the show room floor yesterday.

Last known mileage was 248k 3 years ago when the cluster went out.
I commute 65 miles per day if all do is go to work. I am guessing the miles should be around 350-400k
Still on original motor and trans.

I put 292,000 on my 2005 F-150 and currently have 243,000 on a 2011. Other than routine maintenance and the plug and coil replacement that they're known for, I haven't replaced anything.

Just hit 140k in my 05 BMW. Already replaced tranny and myriad other things. In fact, picking up from the shop today after getting hard to find coolant leak fixed and replacing a/c compressor. I have too much in it to get rid of. Shooting for 200k.
