I closed my Facebook and Twitter accounts three years ago now. It was a good decision, I don't miss them at all.

Deleted a few years ago after not being on it AT ALL. Thought I needed it for networking ... I was wrong.
Twitter and IG much better, Facebook tries to be too much

I deleted it back in 2013, and I was a regular user. It shocked me how little I missed it. In fact, the deletion of it helped me spend a lot less time on social media in general...

I have no problem with anything on FB. I joined meme groups, neighborhood groups, sale and trade groups, different enthusiasts groups, etc. I enjoy several of the groups and learn a lot as well. The other stuff you mentioned is there and I just glance over all of that and move on.

I haven't had it in a few years. Don't have Instagram either. I still have Twitter but rarely get on it.

When I deleted it, twitter and instagram almost 5 years ago, it was one of the smartest things I ever done.

I did about a year ago
Honestly the only difference in my life is that I no longer creep on people mentioned in local news stories.

Just use it to keep up with family, and a few friends around the country. Only get on it to check for videos and pictures of the nieces and nephews.

I’ve been off all social media for a few years now. It is a game changer! I highly recommend it.

Never had Facebook I’m fortunate to say.
Had I been born later I probably would have had it.
I’m reasonably sure my life has been better without having it.

I deleted Facebook after I saw many law colleagues lie about the Alton Sterling shooting. They helped ruin those officers lives,

3 years ago I pulled the plug on FB and never looked back. Don't miss it one bit.

An anonymous message board isn’t really social media.

I don’t even think about it

Kept it but stopped posting on it two years ago. It's quite nice.
