Zero. I count on my wife to wake me up every morning. Isn’t that her job?

Did the snooze button corrupt us before smartphones? For a long time, I thought I was just a lazy shithead who needed all those alarms to mentally prepare me for waking up for the day. Still a lazy shithead, but I'm not alone.

It's such a terrible practice, too, because it can kill an entire sleep cycle. I'd be better off with the uninterrupted sleep and just forcing myself out of bed. But it'll never happen.

zip, clock radio works just fine....except it does run 30 minutes fast so I just set my alarm for 9:30.

305,

I don't hit snooze, I just add more alarms.

9 currently in my phone, but no idea what any of them are for or when they were created. I am just lazy about deleting stuff.

I don't need an alarm for work. When I do need an alarm for something, I am not at all a snoozer. Can't handle sleeping next to someone who is. One alarm is plenty.

I've never needed one. For whatever reason my body just wakes me up when I need to. I've only overslept once and that was 10 minutes over for school

Currently, two. One to wake up to go to work; another to wake up and go home.

Generally I have two set though, 5 min apart, and that's just for redundancy in case I hit off instead of snooze on one of them.

Yep. Same here.

I have dozens. I have a habit of creating a new alarm with Siri every time I need to set one because I prefer to set them at “off times” (example: 6:36 as opposed to 6:30 or 6:45).

I only use two a day though. One to wake up and one “fail safe”.

I have the habit of checking my alarms before bed each night, so I usually just change on of these if I need something different one day, and it goes back to the normal time the next night.

I'll also cut the 5am Monday one off on Sunday if I'm not flying the next morning.
