I would be willing to bet the 75% of the OT could not do 5 strict dead hang chest to bar chin ups. Hell I would say 50% couldn't do 3 and 30% couldn't do 1 single 1.

I’m probably in that 30%. Just an exercise I’ve never been able to do.

Upper body to weak or lower body too big or combination of both.

I could probably do around 200 in a hr.

Most I've done is 100 for a Murph. Without a weight vest I'd think i could get 3 hundo if I timed them right.

eta: let me change that to 200.

I remember reading that being able to do 1 at 30+ years old lands you in the 90 to 99th percentile
