They have to figure out what politicians own land in the proposed area and snake it through so that it benefits as many of them as possible. They will put an exit ramp every 2 miles and a casino on every exit.

The loop here in Jax is glorious! Can be anywhere around the city in no time even Rush hour is not terrible. No worries Redstick i'm sure your grandkids will be able to drive on your loop someday.
