Technically you’re right, but BLM is much like hemorrhoids. Usually everything’s ok but every now and then they flare up. Those flare ups are a real pain in the arse.

The movement is being lead by former Weathermen, the most vicious & violent of the Vietnam/post Nam protesters. So they go back close to 50 years & are revitalized to the extent they are practically printing their own money. ( Thanks Ford Foundation, for the $ 7-8 million you donated to the cause these past 3 yrs.)

A long, long time. Remember, the BLM people HATE Trump and the GOP, but they aren't too happy with the Democrats, either, especially white bread people like Biden. They know damn good and well that the police in the major urban cities, the ones beating up black men, are Democrat and are overseen by Democrat politicians.

You can only maintain protest energy for so long. The movement never really goes away, but you can't keep at it 100 percent forever. It goes up and down.

They were protesting the Mayor in St.Louis past 3 nights, barely got any news, except when they attacked 2 city workers who were trying to tow 2 vehicles and attacked them. So they took their tents and forced them to leave.
Very little news for protestors at the moment. NO one cares, covid back to being the news bread and butter
