People already type 24/7. How long until we just stop teaching our offspring to hand write or draw?

A coworker and I met with a landowner the other day. We exchanged contact info where the coworker entered it in his phone and I wrote it down. Coworker called a few hours later sheepishly asking me to give him what I had written because he couldn't find his in his phone.

About the same time you take off your retard helmet

Hopefully never. Writing something down engages the portion of the mind that triggers memory and typing does not. Learning handwriting is also a precursor for inductive and deductive reasoning. Basically, it helps open up the brain. Its kind like doing sit ups and push ups to prepare to play football, the skill does not directly translate but the work helps develop a baseline for the sport.

Do kids still learn cursive?

About the only time I have to write is when I'm writing a check to pay a hooker or my drug dealer

I don't think it'll ever become obsolete. It's hard to solve math problems typing.

Writing long hand is very important still in the workplace. Do y'all not have to take notes?

I keep a yellow legal pad in my truck that I scribble all over. Nothing can replace it.

People lose handwritten notes too.
