How long do you wait before bailing on a dental appointment?

17 minutes past appointment time with no end in sight. I'm dipping at the 30 minute mark.

To answer the question you actually asked, you just sit in the chair and wait. Quite simple actually.

That's odd. Dentists' offices usually run on time. I've never waited more than a minute or two past appointment time at any dentist appointment I've ever had.

depends how much you need to see the dentist/hygienist and how much you want to come back and wait again another time.

I never hardly have to wait when I go to the dentist, the ladies who clean teeth are on time.. They don't frick around. After about 20 mins I would probably go ask then see what they say and then determine to leave from there.

as a dentist I can tell you that patients who bail last moment are lower than fricking pond scum. we charge a missed appointment fee...and you should be charged one also. suck it
