Just one other bit of advice and one follow-up question...
Personally, I wouldn’t let it impact my morale or self esteem at all that she would only go on multiple group dates in public places with me during a pandemic.
After date #2, when your confidence was strongest that you almost posted about it here, what was your ABC (Always Be Closing) line/move that you used to shoot your shot?
Did you have Dave Matthew’s “Say Goodbye” or some other song with converting friendship into lovers lyrics queued up in your vehicle to subtlety play?
Did you send her some suggestive emojis?
Did you intentionally spill something on your shirt and then take it off in front of her to change? (giving her a good look at the body that you had been sculpting for her)?
Did you tell her that she looked tense and started massaging her shoulders without asking?

Yeah, this is overlooked these days, but true. This happened to me occasionally in HS and college. Things never panned out. It wasn’t even like being on a date. It amounted to one person wanting a shot at a girl, girl didn’t feel the same way, but you all hung out as a group going bowling or to the movies.

Don't worry, Baw. She'll be back. Old baw will dump her in a few more months when he is tired of PIIHB. She will run through a few randos, then have 3-4 boyfriends for 6 months to a year each. She will have one long relationship, (aboot 3 years) with a guy that ends up not wanting to marry her.
