Twin Peaks has better food.

Also, I do not know if this is nationwide, I think it is, but about 3 years ago hooters corporate wanted to go more family friendly and made the girls start wearing loser shorts. If they wore tight ones that showed at butt cheek they had to change. Girl told me that around that time and sure enough the tight shorts disappeared with a slightly different type of shorts.

That pretty much killed them IMO. Food was always marginal, take away the tighter shorts along with twin peaks coming along with better food and girls there being able to wear shorts as tight as they wanted and that was that.

Hooters is fine for what it is. I think the Daytona Wings are really good. Waitresses are all really nice and have seemingly held actual waitressing jobs before. Plus they bus their own tables if the bus boy isn't around and overall actually do their job.

I like Twin Peaks food, but they hire girls who have no idea what's going on and they aren't required to do anything other than take your order.

Years ago I had a client who insisted on eating there. The world's pickiest eater -- he ate one thing on their menu, and one thing on the Chick Fil A menu

I had a USNR buddy that, no matter where we went on annual training, who would find the local Hooters and insist on eating there.

We have a poster who runs one on here. There food is always pretty good and they use local oysters. They make a good burger which is what I typically get when we go.

My neighbor is a regular at the brand new Hooters they built by the Mall of GA. It is pretty sad, especially considering he keeps telling me he is trying to get his daughter to work there.

However, as it was mentioned. The ones in the burbs are apparently packed. The tilted kilt closed a few months after the new Hooters opened. Don’t really care as I have never been to a Hooters.

Twin Peaks and the Tilted Kilt are killing them imo. Better food and outfits

Twin Peaks opened 2 locations in NOLA area, both relatively close to Hooters. Both Twin Peaks closed down after being open less than a year

I actually go to Hooters now for the food. The buffalo shrimp is still awesome.

The wait staff's "features" have moved from their tits to their asses.

They should change their name to "Heifers."

That Hooters on Veterans in Metairie kills it. That place is always busy.
