How long ago did Hooters die and how do they stay open?

I'm Austin for work and walked down to Hooters to grab some wings by the hotel. Turrible wait staff. Same dress code but nothing more than OT 2.5s. The food sucks as well.

When is the last time you have been, 1999? People like you are the reason they are still open. 2005 was the last good year I can recall.

Twin peaks is garbage. We have ‘ojos locos’ at 183 and 35 which is like the Mexican hooters. It seems to be held in high regard. Hooters San Marcos where Texas State is is the GOAT

Years ago I had a client who insisted on eating there. The world's pickiest eater -- he ate one thing on their menu, and one thing on the Chick Fil A menu 
I did see one of the most beautiful women ever at a Hooter's though -- the Siegen Hooter's no less... She wasn't on duty as a waitress, but just hanging around the office. No rack at all, but a drop dead gorgeous face.

I find the food to be far better at Twin Peaks. The only Tilted Kilt I've been to is off of the N Loop in San Antonio. It was talented
