Can't tell if serious.

If so, you need major help.

Nope. She just drops those Mexicans off at Home Depot and reaps the benefits.

We all have one, and some of us are big enough to admit we keep up with them. So how is your one that got away doing?

Me? They all got away.

I have a high school sweetheart who I was engaged to long ago. My bf and i just visited him a few weeks ago.

He married this great girl who became my sisters best friend. She is hilarious and really was there for my sis when her (my sis) husband died. So I love this girl, she is fantastic and I became friends with her thru FB. I'm thrilled my ex found her. She has the heart of a saint, the bad language of a sailor and a sense of humor that doesn't stop. But she is also very ladylike and always looks flawless.

I recently found my ex's old high school pics in the attic of a house we were selling. I messaged his wife that i had them and that i would get them to her thru my sis. She responded that they had lost ALL of his highschool/graduation pics in the flood (as did his family members).

They were so thrilled to have the originals that I had discovered in my old pics. That makes me so happy.

Mine was a class ahead of me in college and was going to put off grad school at UNC for me. I couldn't let that happen so I ended it for her own good.

Seems to be doing well. Lives in Atlanta, travels, and in a LTR.

And who I'm with now has been the one for over 6 years now.

So I guess we've both done all right for ourselves after a depressing as shite breakup 7 years ago.

I'm not sure how you guys consider some girl living in the trailer park to be 'the one that got away'?

Yeah no shite

I think these guys misread the thread title as "white trash you used to stick your dick in"

in the context of the story, i think it was OK, but i should have said "the woman i went on to marry." but point taken.

Mine showed up literally on my door step 12 years later in bad shape with a ex husband she just left and a pill habit. We carried on a long distance relationship for about a year but she could not get her shite together and I quit talking to her.

I don’t have one, no one I’ve dated previously is better than my husband.

I am the one who got away to someone though. We dated all through high school and really thought I’d marry him. I found out the summer before starting college he was cheating on me with 2 other girls and one of them was pregnant. It was devastating at first, but I got over it quickly. I had a blast in college and got married at age 27. My husband and I both have a PharmD. He is far superior in looks, intelligence, success, and character compared to the high school guy.

Anyway, I don’t have a FB but have spoken to him twice since. He married the chick he knocked up 17 years ago and had a few more. She cheats on him constantly. Once he found video evidence of the cheating.
Also he went bald

Isn't it good that she got away then? Lol

I always thought the one that got away was someone who moved on and is doing well for themselves and you could see yourself with them again.

But Idk

That sounds so sad... I'm guessing that'll happen when her parents inevitably kick the bucket leaving her with nothing she enjoys in her life.

She's a veterinarian in Metarie. I think she has gone off the feminist/sjw deep end.

I have five that got away.

1. Heroin, got into prostituting, had a kid.

2. Heroin, OD'd last year, dead.

3. Fat and poor. Joined ANTIFA.

4. Unknown, my stalking ability not good enough.

5. Married, kids, went turbo-Christian. I suppose she's doing ok.

She might be able to do that with some of them. But I think one, maybe two of them have some sort of disability. My brother stays in touch with her and he mentioned that they are still in diapers even in their teens.

I got dumped after 5 years... she'll never admit it but it all came down to all she wanted was to get married and have kids and be a perfect mirror of her mom and dad... wasen't sure I was ready for all that yet so when I was taking too long she ended it. She started dating some guy a few months after that and in less than a year they got married... about a month after that she was pregnant. Not a day goes by that I don't feel sorry for that dude

It is basically a law that girls that get out of long term serious relationships in their mid to late 20s will marry the next guy that dates them for a few months

after I broke up w/ her, she went lesbian for a bit. Then moved to Philly for rabbi school, but switched back to the home team. So now she's a married rabbi in Philly...still may have been the best sex I've ever had in my life.

feels. i cut one lose back in 2015 that i had been dating for 2 years...she was a good girl but she started nagging me about marriage and finally said if we weren't engaged in 6 months she was leaving. I saved her the wait. She was married in 5 or 6 months. Poor guy, i hope he doesn't get burnt.
