An hour of foreplay? You made it sound like that should be a regular occurrence.
An hour of foreplay sounds nice once in a blue moon, but on a regular basis it loses it's luster. I'm completely in favor of foreplay, but I don't see any reason it should last that long with any regularity.

Does foreplay count towards your time or just when you first stick it in?
I probably only actually frick for 3-4 minutes but go well over 10 when you include foreplay, going down, getting a BJ, etc

I think the amount of time spent on foreplay and post-coitus really define if it is a “quickie” or not.
2-3 mins of foreplay and 0 cuddling = quickie regardless of how long you actually have sex.
