I'm sure you can still find projects to work on, even if it's outside of your scope or job title. Being more engaged will benefit you and your company. If there really isn't anything else you can find to do, you can start proposing new projects, ideas, or create committees devoted to that sort of thinking.

Work for yourself, even if you make less not having a boss is great.
Sleep in on Mondays.
It's 8:30, I've been up for hours, but am still in bed. You can handle a lot of emails from your phone with your head on a pillow.
Take things slowly. Don't rush, rushing never helps.
Walk. Taking daily walks and talking to neighbors makes you feel better about your surroundings.
Relax. Take time to enjoy the little things.
Travel. Even if it's just day trips there is so much out there.
Have a plan. Make goals every week and try to accomplish more this month than last.
Love what you do.
If you can't enjoy what makes you money then at least enjoy things with the money.
Pay yourself first. No matter how you get paid or how much debt you have you need to pay yourself. Be it savings for long term or a vacation or a material want, put money towards your personal needs first. (Of course don't be stupid about it)
Enjoy life. You may only have the life you live, so enjoy each day. The bad days make you remember how great the good days are, so take everything with a grain of salt and only worry about the big picture.

I burn out at this time every year. I am just mailing it in until the Holidays so I can regroup and start giving a shite again.

I was in the first position for a year.
I've been in this position for four months or so. I should be my original boss's boss by the end of next month.

Everyone's real ideas so far are things we already do.
I just do not do well with monotony. I have to be running 100% to stay interested...one reason my work is will be finished for the day in less than an hour from now.
I'm gonna do the student worker's filing for em. That's how bored I am.

I think we might have similar work styles. I had a job like this, which I recently left. It seemed like I had 2 options; either mail it in and sit there bored and only do work when I was asked to, or take on additional responsibility in which I had no real support for, which often didn't have much buy-in at any level. I was just unhappy going through the motions, and when I tried to take on more responsibility, it would just never stop and I would be on my own. I just could never find a rhythm.
I decided to take another route with my career, I was seriously burnt out. Burn out can certainly come from being bored and wanting to have more engagement/responsibility that just isn't there. Don't have much in the way of advice, but I feel your pain. Getting more engaged in hobbies made me just not want to be there even more. I would just really evaluate your 10 year plan, and determine if that route is still best for you going forward.

Open up a trading account and day trade futures between tasks.
