I too am a frequent customer of Chick Filet and have always had a pleasant experience and had correct orders as well. The workers are personable, engaging, professional, and eager to please. Food is great.

It's got nothing to do with race. CFA awards franchisees to upstanding people, who get one store. I worked at the Cortana Mall location in BR in HS and early college. Our staff was very diverse, and still excellent while I was there. The mentality that no one is above doing something for the customer trickles down from the top. It wasn't uncommon for our owner to cuff his sleeves and tuck in his tie to empty out the damn trash cans in the dining area if we were super busy.

The Chick Fil A in Oakwood Mall in Terrytown has absolute dogshit service. Mostly black staff with shitty attitudes.

Most CfA here are all whites, but Williamson County is over 90% white so not surprised, but the minority employees at CfA are more courteous and intelligent than whites at other fast food restaurants. Zaxby's here is like this also.

Easy, they pay MGMT more than 28k per year so they actually care about their jobs. Its not rocket science.

Imagine that....
Most fast food chains are all about the bottom line, so they want to pay as little as possible. The low pay will primarily attract A) First job kids and B) Undesirables. They don't truly care about customer service, they care about the customer's dollar.. McD's and the like make money hand over fist regardless of how good or bad their service is, so they will keep paying like shite and hiring the lowest common denominator.

a guy in his 30s in our community who was fairly wealthy and had a masters degree had a stroke. pretty much rendered him a 12 year old. they hired him to bus tables and has been there a few years.

Also, these organizations are publically traded. CFA is privately owned. As long as there is enough money to allow the Cathy family to properly praise God, all is well.
They charge a bit more for their food, so they can pay more to their employees, which leads to a higher quality employee. The stores are better run, which leads to happier staff.
