Pay a kid 5 dollars to call her fat not to her face but loud enough that she can hear it. " that chick would be hot if she lost about 15 lbs"
Plant the seed then Water it by going on walks or working out, eating better.
Also if you want to see if she even care get engaged , most women want to look their best for the wedding if she didn't try to lose any weight for the engagement photos them you know your answer to cut bait or except it.

It really is health that I do get worried about though. It’s not the looks. I freak myself tf out about my health. Heart disease and diabetes runs rampant in my family so it’s better to get way ahead of this while we’re still young and able.
Google search “metabolic syndrome” on your shared computer and leave it up.

Her mom is 54 and I'd knock the bottom out of it.

The only time I mentioned to my wife something like, “let’s eat salads”, she said that it was not funny and I got the cold shoulder for nearly a week.

Another thing you can try is tell her you’re going on a diet and let her fend for herself at dinner time
Get your jasmine rice, chicken or ground turkey and veggies on the plate, then let her sit down with a pizza.
Subtle shaming

"Lose some weight, you fat tub of lard" will work.

Slip diet pills in her drink.

You could always volunteer to cook dinner. Grilled meat and salad is a good option for weight loss.

I had one that gained weight while we were dating, and at the time, I was going to the gym regularly, and was in pretty good shape. I was like, "Hey babe... How about... um... joining me at the gym?"
"Nah, I don't like working out."
When it came time to eat, she'd ask me, "What do you want to eat today?"
I'd make some sort of healthy suggestion, and she'd be like, "Nah, I don't feel like eating that." Then she would suggest something fried and greasy.
She was a nice girl. Really pretty face. She just... blew up, and she didn't want to help herself, and it became progressively more difficult to keep trying to make it work. I refused to tell her outright that she had gotten fat. We eventually broke up, so I guess any suggestion is as good as one I can give.

Buy her some new sexy accessories to wear while having dinner at her favorite restaurant. Keeps the conversation light too.

Did anyone mention a peloton for Christmas?
