Drink a beer or three

Yes, it works. Much more relaxed.

Hookers and blow.

Haven't done it in a long time, but i used to rehearse my answers to those 3 or 4 standard questions i hated like "what's your greatest strength/weakness, etc..." bullshite. Then before the interview, i'd make myself ignore all that and tell myself i don't want to work for a company if the interview process is scripted and they read off a sheet.

If the company can't talk to you like a person rather than an applicant number, then they aren't worth working for, IMO.

Real answer - they say basic stretching and "making your body big" (arms upand out) is really good for the brain and releasing chemicals that make you more outgoing and confident

Get drunk. Not the fall-down, black out type drunk. Just drunk enough where you can still carry a conversation. I mean if they don't want me like that in the interview...they definitely won't want to let me work there. Their loss.

I become knowledgeable about the company I am applying for and how my experience will transition and benefit them. Preparation and knowledge is the best relaxant. Also, hyping up the company you are applying for is never a bad thing.
