Always been a cream and sugar guy and would have 2-3 cups each morning...recently started keto diet and switched to black....after 3 days it tastes fine to me. I only crave one cup now. Big big difference.

Medium roast with a bit of honey and cream, Sugar never cut it and sweet and low just doesn't seem healthy.. As far as drinking something straight, I'll leave that to scotch
