Cue? Cue ball position? Aim point? English?

Hit the ball harder, girly man.

Make sure it’s a tight rack and knock the frick out of it.

Top spin on cue ball helps

Top English. Tight rack, and hit that ho hard.

Break from side, hit second ball dead on with bottom outside English, it will push the 8 ball towards the side pocket and you pocket a ball in the bottom corner a lot.

For sure. Surely the OP knows not to put backspin on the break.

Top Spin/High English. Don't just strike the cue ball and stop. Pretend you are trying to drive the cue straight through it.

I only learned recently that I shoot pool left handed. I've been a righty my whole life and someone had to point it out to me. You don't want advice from me.

Aim as straight as possible and put top English as much as you are comfortable with. If you use it properly, it will disperse the balls that don’t move and create a pocket to protect the cue from scratching.
