Our dog has a huge schlong, so he's named Wanker. The vet always gets a good chuckle when I take him in...

My nephew wanted to make my dog Jameon. I decided against that, and I will not dox my dog.

My dog is Titus and I’m ok with the name, in a Roman Emperor kind of way.

My last dogs name was Rigs. Gave him an oilfield name because at the time I was an oilfield roughneck working on drilling rigs. Guess I could have named him rough or ruff

All four girls were rescued.
Black Lab-Trixie named after Norton’s wife in the Honeymooners.
White Lab/Golden mix-Wendy the 1960’s hit by The Association.
Retriever/Lab mix-Layla worked better for a name than Bell Bottom Blues.
Shepherd mix (all big apparently, she’s the size of a Rottweiler)-Molly. From The Molly McGuires or Flogging Molly. I still haven’t decided but she’s pushing ten so…

Our family got a female German Shepherd right at the beginning of Covid lockdown. My son wanted her to have a tough female name and the toughest female character in the movies I could think of was Ripley from the Alien franchise, So the dog's name is Ripley. Best dog we have ever had.

I name all my dogs after my ex-lovers. It’s a dirty little secret I get off on. My wife has no clue but each time I say their name I think of the wild secks I had. I do regret naming my dog Hector though. Kinda wish I didn’t have a reminder about that one.

I have always been a Hank Williams Jr. fan so when I got my last dog, a pit bull rescue, I named him Bocephus. Mostly call him Bo now but when I need his undivided attention I will call him Bocephus. He knows that means I want him to do something.

2 Chocolate labs; the 6 yr old is Gunner(he was really fast as a pup) and the 2 yr old is Bear, fitting since he's brown, thick coat, and big as a young bear.

The English Cream Golden Retriever I bought my daughter(no pics) is named Koda after the little bear in the Disney Movie Brother Bear. Also means friend in Japanese.

I think I read that Lincoln Riley has two dogs named Boomer and Sooner. Name changes might be in order. I would go Orenthal and James

should've kept the braves thing going. Freddie would've been an awesome name for a beagle.
