There are people who are very powerful who believe it's to their advantage for there to be significant racial strife at this point. What usually follows are some draconian laws and regulations which limit liberty.

yes, and there is 1 guy, who stands to make billions, if his plan of destroying the dollar comes to plan. And destruction and turmoil is the beginning of his master plan.

I was just having a conversation about this very thing. I think there's a lunatic fringe on both sides that absolutely exists. But the people who want to sensationalize it would have you believe it's simply two halves of polar opposites and nothing else.

It's an internet message board, Owlie. Nuance, sarcasm, ironic jokes and stuff like that will often be misunderstood because it is just a word or a phrase in a post without context.
You are arguing that there's no way to set rules because there are too many variables. You might be right. I'd prefer if we all simply proceed from the understanding that internet message board posts are a poor medium to convey sarcasm, irony, inside humor and so forth.
Why would somebody choose to be confusing instead of being clear?
BUT I guess I need to remember that this is the OT and it is supposed to be more free-wheeling and not taken seriously. This is the OT and it's meant to be fun here. Maybe I'm just being a party pooper.

Bingo. The 0.25%ers benefit greatly when poor/middle class whites, blacks and hispanics think each of the other (or both) are at fault for their limited opportunities.
And we continue to defund education, and encourage (celebrate?) ignorance - it'll keep getting worse.

Point is ,not being understood is no reason to stop someone from expressing themself
and more on point. Its impossible to say Anti-Semitism is any better or worse than Racism, sexism , hating on gays or on Catholics or Country of birth,, you know the list.
you can't argue with stupid, so we either mock them and marginalise them or just ignore them.
And if youre going to engage the best way to deal is to point out to others just how ridiculous they are. Humor does that more effectively then others.
