We are here because social media allows people to behave in a way they would not if they were in public because in public you would be held accountable either by the group rejecting you are getting in face punched in.
Then some of us spend so much time on social media getting away with that behavior is we carry it into real-life forgetting those social norms or social conservatism (not political) that always protected society.
What is causing the poison to spread is assholes like the OP that bring in political debate/controversy to a place that is intended for not only something else but the opposite of political/social debate.
the OT is a place to goof off and have fun the OP is a prick who constantly brings political issues to the board not respecting social norms or other people desire, right to not have the constant bitching.
To the point
if I go to chic fil A its for the chicken if I go to Starbucks it's for the coffee but people like the OP that continue to try to bring politics everywhere in into everything make it impossible just eat some fricking chicken because you're hungry, it becomes a political statement.

Based on some of these replies, it seems like I am responsible for a lot of shite in this nation. I didn't realize I had that much power.
BTW, I never start with the political bullshite in a thread. I will respond to the idiots who turns everything into a political issue, but I have never initiated political talk. With that said, I could be wrong and if so please provide a link to where I have.

It's too easy to mob together online now
Used to be if someone was offended by something they either approached the person directly or they go over it because they didn't have the stomach to approach them directly

Social media gave everyone a voice. It is my opinion that not everyone should have a voice.
People that have a history of working hard no matter the job, business owners, land owners, those with advanced degrees in fields that matter...their voices should be heard above all others.
Giving everyone the right to vote was a bad idea. I’m not talking about race or sex. Elections have become so important that there should be a qualifying exam you must take before being allowed to vote. You should, at the very least, be competent in math.
