I don’t think it really qualifies as a “joke,” but more of a “quip.” I highly doubt any of our resident stand up comedians feature it in their nightly routines at The Funny Bone.

I've heard the phrase "a dolla three fitty" long before South Park, like in the 60s. It was just used as a smartass, nonsensical retort when someone asked the price of something or said how much will you give me for this.
