How did China get off the hook for this virus?

This thing was definitely manufactured and lab grown. The question is was it intentionally spread or accidentally released. How has every country just looked the other way?

The complete lack of investigation/curiosity regarding how this started has to be one of the most baffling questions of my lifetime. The fact that no one will dig into this tells me that there was real evil at work.
