Assuming you just graduated college - do you want to enter the medical field? Goto nursing school, you'll get so much arse.
Start some sort of low carb/paleo diet. You'll notice weight loss within the first 20 days if followed correctly.
If you're a social introvert then there is no help. I'm sure a lot of people on this site (poli board) feels your pain.
