There are a lot, but the big ones off the top of my head:
1. Being run over by my own boat on the Intracoastal, was sitting in the front, we hit a roller and over I went. Kicked off the bottom and somehow missed the prop

2. Smoked a cow out joyriding one night, hood came through the windshield but somehow the airbags didn't deploy. Truck tried to dial 911 but we managed to hang up. I was the passenger for this adventure

3. Lived off Government

For fun a couple more.

Saudi Arabia summer of 1986, its pretty much a work camp with families out for the summer. Weekly card game host provide the drinks, in the case siddici , 190 proof . They found my sandals, car keys, identification on the table a half hour after I left. I walked home a mile thinking it was less obvious than driving

East coast Malaysia, coming back from a great weekend in Thailand, wife included, I got caught in a speed trap and as I opened the door a half dozen empty beer cans fell out. I do not speak Malaysia but I convinced the 4 officers that a texas drivers license was good anywhere in the world and that instead of a ticket, could I just pay the fine on the spot. 10 ringet per person was about right, 5 $ total

When you get older you will realize that your life is all about having good stories

and if you were only half drunk think of all the a.s you could have grabbed in the pile up

one more a water sport also, Went skiing with dads boat in the early 70's, tchfuncte river, lots of beer. As last skier, I waved to driver to drag me close to boat ramp where I would coast in looking like a professional. I was going faster than the beer and proceeded up the ramp and 50 feet into the parking lot. Not related Kids said do it again!!!

Ahh another hunting boat experience, around 2012, I drove the airboat with a heavy load of hunters, dogs and guns back in. You never ever stop a heavy airboat in deep water. At this launch, you had to go fast across the ship canal and make a hard right at the bank before slowing down. I missed the turn and wound up in the parking lot next to the game wardens truck. He was very nice , we knew him well and asked if he could help

Went into the void tank of a chemical barge, I was told it had been tested and ventilated, that was the barge next to it. I got about 15' down the access ladder and felt a little woozy, I scrambled up the ladder before I passed out. I taught classes in confined space entry, but didn't check the testing log. Real dumb arse thing to do.

I know of a poster that allowed someone to shoot him with a potato gun.

Does that count?

A few times in my youth. Got into a drinking contest with some Canadians in PCB. Funneled vodka. Woke up with scratches and bruises all over my body. Friends told me I fell down a flight of stairs at the hotel.

A year or two later drove drunk and rolled my vehicle. Luckily it was only a one car accident and I came out with just a couple of scratches on my head.

I don’t really drink anymore.

age 7.
1. had earned nickles and dimes for a year.
had eyed an HO gauge electric train.
got out of car and ran toward store. was hit by a car. fell to ground. not even a bruise.
2. now 8. same train. the plug broke. I decided to push the broken pin of the plug into the socket and then marry in the rest of the plug.
was knocked across my bedroom and crashed into the wall.
no long term issues.

Offshore as a routabout in the early 80's. We were unloading chemicals from a workboat to the mud room. The crane operator was a nut case and a dumbass roustabout got himself in a position between the wall and the pallets. I jumped in front and pushed him out of the way. The chemicals spilled all over the place. I got chewed out and quit the next day.

Kept on fishing whenever a huge arse storm and lightning was hitting Elmers. The trout were biting and I kept on fishing. Finally decided to leave after I threw my line out, and it never hit the water. Was basically floating. I kind of get chills thinking back to it. Was 18 at the time. So damn stupid. All over some fish too.
