Magic Kingdom is all about nostalgia and making people feel like "kids" again (although they are adding TRON in 2020)

If they're going to add more thrill rides, do it at EPCOT or Hollywood Studio's.

They need to triple the price . Place is too damn crowded anyway.

However, Disney has a dilemma. They need to sell $5 trinkets at their stores . If they get too expensive , say goodbye to middle class folks buying that stuff. They have to keep the park is somewhat obtainable to the middle class . UnFortunately this means the park is crowded most of the year.

The reason that the park is crowded all year long now is because all these Disney experts keep releasing the secrets on when to go - almost like a guy who fishes regularly giving up the best spots to catch your limit in under an hour. So, all the people smart enough to pay attention do just that, and go during those times.

So now there's really no "dead period" for the park, spare a day or two here and there.

Alcohol in Magic Kingdom, ban scooters and let 30% less people in per day

No doubt, after Animal Kingdom opened, the Imagineers pretty much abandoned the Florida parks. They were focused on DVC, DCL, Pixar, California Adventure, the international parks, and technology like fastpass and my Disney experience.

Honestly it wasn't until Frozen - which they never thought would explode like it did - that they really started investing in the Florida parks.

They are spending a ton now in-park and also connections between parks. In addition to Skyliner, they are building new roads and buying a ton of new buses to expand the fleet.

There's been soft talk of a 5th park for a while now. Would be more of an action park and probably heavily themed towards Marvel.

The only major complaint I have is that their staffing - which used to be world class - has really gone downhill. I used to never find an incompetent or unhelpful cast member anywhere on property. Now i'd say close to half are. It's frustrating to pay ever higher prices with decreasing customer service

Everyone is saying "raise ticket prices to thin out the crowd." They already have this called Disney After Hours. $125+ per person and you get the park 3 hours with no crowd.

I’ve enjoyed the times I’ve been but have grown more frustrated throughout the years.. It’s simply to crowded and they need to somehow decrease traffic or at the very least, allow more fast passes to those staying at the park. They need more thrill rides as well

Get rid of most of their crap. I wasn't impressed when I went a few years ago. Seemed like everything is pretty much original and 50+ years old.

They can’t do Universal or Busch Gardens type thrill rides because of how big a percentage of Disney World’s guests are young kids or scooter fatties that either couldn’t fit on the ride at all or couldn’t ride it due to health reasons

The high prices you pay contribute to the full immersive themed experience not seen in other amusement parks.

Disney isn’t hurting for guests, so I don’t see their model changing anytime soon.

My trip last week highlighted several specific issues that Disney is struggling to manage as efficiently. 1) People overcrowding the newest or most exciting attractions. Key rides mysteriously went down at the same time to try and push guests onto other attractions and park areas.
2) The four parks are not well balanced between types of offerings but current updates are improving this.
3) Strollers and mobility scooters. I feel like internal trams are coming. Also, they need permanent arrows to encourage road style traffic patterns.
4) One Park is overcrowded? Via magic bands and the app, offer people real-time incentives like extra FP or discounted dining for swapping parks or moving to a less crowded park area.
