Ok.........I have been 2 times in the last 5 years.
My kids 18 and 13 love it and cant wait to go back.......so we will again in a couple of years.

My observation is : get rid of scooters or limit them ALOT. People will walk if the have too. Make it that way.

Yes the lines are long and its hot............but if you dont want either....dont go in June/July/August.

I went last June and knew it would be hot and crowded but that is when my vacay is..............so its ok. Me and my kids arent pansies.

We make the best of it.........and have lots of great stories about the lazy asses there. So there is that.

you have to know how to plan the trip to make it enjoyable.

There is alcohol now at the other parks not just epcot so that helps. There are several new sections opening up with rides taking advantage of new technology. The new pandora park at night is amazing.

Personally I would love to vacation in the mountains or in the Bahamas, but that's what the kids love so why not bring them there? no matter how many times they want to go. They are only kids for so long.

All the money seems to be in the Asian parks. They have dark rides that have tech that nothing in the US has.

I think that's coming to the US parks... but it was first deployed in Asia.

I hear this a lot, I don't know if this is even legal, seems like lawsuit city waiting to happen.

What they can do, though, is not cater to them so damn much. Having a scooter is basically a "jump to the front of the line" pass for you and your family.

Where it's really atrocious is the bus lines. They need to have seperate buses/shuttles for the scooters. No way should someone on a scooter be able to bypass 300 people in line for a bus.

Same with ride lines. If it's a 45 min wait to ride a line, and you have to ride your scooter via a back passage, that's fine... but you then need to wait 45 min before you get on the ride.

It's coming. Magic Kingdom is getting that badass Tron ride behind Space Mountain.
