How are exterior walls on a high rise building kept plumb?

I'm a residential builder, and I'm a carpenter too, and 2 or 3 story houses, the exterior walls may be out of plumb a little bit and it wouldn't be that crucial.

When I say "plumb", I mean, of course, what some folks think of as level. Vertically straight, 90 degree from the floor, is plumb, as the horizontal floor would be level.

Any of you know this answer? I googled it, but I didn't find anything. Obviously, I never worked on high rises. A few commercial building like Wal Marts, and some fairly tall apartment complexes, but mostly residential and never a high rise.
