That is so sad, but police officers should have multiple things in the car with them to break a window. Very Sad.

I have shot through a car window all it left was a bunch of bullet holes, the window did not shatter, maybe the same thing happened to him.

First I have heard about this. Did he really drown? Maybe he had a heart attack and couldn't get out?
