Good luck selling your house and getting the hell out of there. Property values will bottom out now.

It happens every time you relax the restrictions. I have seen it first hand in my parent's subdivision that had a pool and basketball courts. The takeover is like nothing else you have ever seen. The bad people poison the well and it never goes back to normal.

What is that place, is it a gated community with a private “lagoon”...?

It's one of these master planned communities with a dozen different neighborhoods within. Each neighborhood targets a different buyer. Some of the higher end ones are gated. The lagoon appears to be a giant amenity in the middle of the whole development.

Similar to Fall Creek in Humble but apparently not very well managed and no golf course.

Welp, we were talking about taking the kids there soon. Thanks for the heads up to nope that shite.

Sucks, they did a really good job with the lagoon. Annoying people ruin everything.

Wow, seems like someone didn’t completely think that out....

Who didn’t see that happening...?

So are these little cherubs residents of the neighborhood or did they just bus them in? How does a barrel like this storm a pool?

When I heard it was going to be open I was nervous about shite like this. They should have only opened it to residents in nearby communities similar to theirs. So dumb to build this really awesome water feature and allow general admission to the public.

Might scout it without the kids. Get a belly full of white claw and watch the circus and MILFs.

It’s funny that most of the people who are reporting on it and talking about it are black. You’ve almost got to do that in today’s world so this can’t be labeled a race thing, and yet I’m sure it still will be.
