Time for common sense scissor control.
Eliminate high capacity scissors and automatic scissors.
Schools ought to have the dullest scissors available. Scissors so dull they would remind you of your granny trying to eat an ear of corn without her false teeth.
But wait just wait next thing you know someone will slash some one with a paper knife. Who hasn’t gotten a nasty paper cut?

And that’s why you don’t send your kids to public school. They all have problems or are trouble makers and the students who can or want to learn are left behind bc of babysitting and mollycoddling.

There’s a Ross Sterling High School in Houston and one in Baytown. This was at the Baytown one. Baytown can be pretty rough in parts from my experience, but the demos you posted look to be for the Houston one, which is in one of the worst hoods in the city
