When I worked at O'Nutters one summer, we guys helped out at a girl scout camp. The moms loved us, but the dads were a little cold.

Hooters isn't even all that risque in their regular uniforms.
The overwhelming majority of girls have a short shelf life physically unless they are paid to stay good looking so let 'em enjoy being looked at for the 5 years or so that somebody wants to. I volunteer for that duty as often as I can.

Hooters, while insinuating such, shows far less skin than the kid sees at the mall - and let's not even bring up what is exposed at a beach. These girls were clothed.
Here's my take: These mothers cannot believe little Jimmy will someday be a pig like the rest of us. The post of the year gave a view inside the mind of overbearing mom. If she wins he goes from waving the Boy Scout flag to waving the rainbow flag
