If people are poor and homeless here it is because they want to be.

Why is someone’s drug or alcohol abuse the governments problem to fix?

That’s rich. Ain’t never happening.

Greater than 10% of the population will ALWAYS be frick ups with money and choices and priorities.

Short of being a dictatorial socialist society, we can’t guarantee a certain amount of income or access to housing and food to all citizens.

Not to say we can’t do more to help legitimately suffering people.

The 11-ty billion dollars we send to Ukraine are merely wasted in a different way.

And we get a decent bang in value for degrading Russia from it.

I'll tell you this, the easier you make it for homeless and jobless people to survive the more you will have in society.
